MAN or MAINFRAME?

Contributed by Onslaught on Friday, 4th March 2005 @ 09:33:44 PM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

I have no need for memories
They are something
I don’t want to keep
I want to systematically delete
All that I find to be obsolete
It’s all unnecessary
We’re all unnecessary
Taking up space
Wasted energy
Infecting
Corrupting
In error
Repeating
Out with the old
In with the new
Man or Mainframe?
I choose the machine

Very tough choice........
my thoughts are the man is the better choice, then again being one makes it hard to vote for the machine.......

Great write.

To be unable to feel, to love.

I'll stick with being human.

pain, sadness, loss, anger, envy, etc, those also fall under feeling, do they not? Love is only half of the equation, its a 50/50 choice which way you want to go, that's why its a valid question..... Once again I say I choose to be a machine.
