mist of nightmares

Up the stairs,
creeping down the hall.
A man in a mist,
hes ready to frighten all.
In your room,
now looking over your bed,
with his devilish grin,
hes ready to get inside your head.
Your dream of beautiful waterfalls gets bad,
and now the water is blood running red.
Hes taken over your mind,
and filled it with the darkest dread.
His eyes are evil,
and filled with hate.
Unfortuently for you,
to try to stop him, its too late.
Your petrified now,
and preparing for the worst.
Then everything gets perfect,
but you head a burst.
You awake from your sleep,
you find the door gone.
The mist of nightmares,
has now moved on.
