Just try to see things
The way I see them
Maybe you'll understand
I'm the way I am
And I'm fine with it.

So forgive me if I come off the wrong way
If you didn't notice,
I'm not the same as everyone else

Don't be scared
You're not the only one

Everyone leaves
But I stay the same

Close your eyes
Let it take you over

Don't give yourself away, to everyone
Or else there's nothing left for you

There will be a day,
When everything you put in
Will come right back to you

I liked the simplicity and the starkness in this.
