Go Fort It.....

Topic: InspirationalPoems

He sees so much as he opens the door
So many sights not seen before
A chance he is handed to glimpse but a few
An option he's given to try something new

For one so young with his life at the fore
A moment in time to seek something more
The call's from within there's no other voice
A whole different language there for your choice

There's a challenge we have in this place that we live
Receive from yourself what to others you give
Try as we might to give all we can
It's only part of this wondrous plan

If you do right and follow it through
The Peace and Love will come into view
It's all within reach, these things that we need
Now is the chance to plant the seed....

Great poem. The message behind it is beautiful. It's cleary there, but it doesn't scream, "LOOK AT ME!" It's subtle and effective. Your poem has a good flow to it, making the text easier to read. I would suggest to not use contractions, it takes away slightly from the poem. Other than that it was a good peice. Nice Write.
