selfstruggles

Wet through from my rainy day wanderings.
Empty, lonely and broken.
Everything running through my head.
Alone in my room sprawled wet on the floor.
Slipknot blearing away my sobs and sighs.
Jim Beam warming my cold dead insides.
And I cried like someone who lost their virginity.
To someone that didn't plan to see them again.
And I cried because it was true...
And I cried because what else could I do?

So emotional in a slippery circle of words, I liked this a lot. Tiffany J. |

This poem pained me to read, it bleeds anguish. Such a wonderfully sad write. Keep posting! |
