Let thou rules of poetry be broken;
So that I shall love thee in a new way.
Let thou tender love be greater token
So that I shall do more than I shall say.
Sweet lady, hadst thine heart suffered for me?
Thou sweet love may be thine one only cure
Hadst thy disbelieve too, force thee to flee?
Be it my faith that will disbelief, endure.
Maybe thee wish to press thou lips on mine,
And touch thine skin with gentle fingertips.
Thine eyes to gaze across thy thick thin line,
And hadst mine fingers run across soft lips.
It's thee that wilfully evades thine love,
It's thine adversion's cause, a fainting dove.

Beautiful expression of the pain of love. I envy your way with words that flow so perfectly. Fantastic job1 |
