From the broken muses
Slips typical abuses
Every highschool outcast feels it
But im am adult and havnt healed yet.
In ignorance of timeing
I keep it close to finding
Inside of that little blade is a blinking neon sign
"Help me out of this because i dont want to be alive."
Out of spiteful charector
I rake through distasteful manor
My weakness creates a messy extacy
A seperate incision for almost everything.
I plea for strength and knowledge
Though i found nothing is above us
Alone, you and i are still only human
I cut to feel what you feel but look stupid.

i am sorry if this is true. there is no mutilation that allows insight for truth, pays a debt, or shows the way. just my opinion here.

I dont think most people cut to find truth, pay a debt, or look for the way. Its simply a release- sort of like stretching or eatting because your starving. Your tired so you yawn, your hungry so you eat. However, there are different reasons why different people cut. |
