Dreams Can Come True

Contributed by PsychoticDreamz on Saturday, 14th December 2002 @ 03:20:00 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Running into the streets
as my madness turns into rage
everyone starts to scream
as I kill people of every age
No one can stop me now
I've already passed the limit of control
No one can understand why I would do this
Everytime I shoot more people end up in holes
6feet underground to where they will stay
rest for eternity till the end of time
wasting away forever more
Don't know how I think of this while I'm comitting this crime
I need help people
can't you see?
my mind is not the problem it's just me
so run everyone get away as fast as u can
if you dont, consider yourself a deadman
I inflict pain on myself
but I prefer to torture others
slicing through them just enough to make them bleed
watching explosions of all sorts of colors
warp my mind then I return from my daze
all the corpse lying piled up like a maze
the best site to see fresh blood all around
red everywhere, in the trees and on the ground
body parts scattered across the land
infront of you is a foot to you right is a hand
What have I done?
What did I do?
I open my eyes as I awake and come too
and realize that my dreams can come true.

My dear, What can I say? My guess is that you have some repressed anger or pain that you feel that you can only release in your subconscious. I don't know you at all, however, if you have dreams like this often, they are a direct reflection (consciously or subconsciously) of your heart and desires. Again, perhaps I am wrong. Just be careful. Sometimes, when you write your dreams down, they can come true. Your poem: Morbid? Yes. Frightening? Perhaps. Yet nicely worded all the same.

Oh boy...this is deep..it was the very last lines of this poem that gave me chillbumps real bad....where it says I open my eyes as i awake and come too and realize that my dreams can come true.....and this is so true that this type of dream can come true in reality and that's scary, it's almost as though in the poem you know what your doing in your dream and your asking people or telling them to run and get away from you knowing that you are dangerous to them, perhaps this is how you are really feeling??? I get the feeling you tend to shut people out of your life alot and that you turn away from anyone who tries to give you love.....i could be wrong but this is the image you've given me, i hope your not thinking about doing this in reality and i do hope this stays as a dream that you had when you fell asleep....only you know that....thanks for sharing this one it is surely alot for one to think about...
