I just can’t look away
Your deceit has burned into my mind
What do you expect me to say
Your anger is in me, it festers inside
I should have know what I was in for
I should have seen it coming
I should have hit the ground running
You act as if you’ve never been through this before
I have to get this off my chest
So this story ends
My mistake is gone
I know without you I can go on
You assured me I would be fine
Only if I complied
I am going to move on without you
I will be fine without you
I thought this love would be right
I stapled shut my eyes
Don’t treat me as if I am to blame
I never accused you; it will never be the same!
So consider me the villain
In your book of break ups
In the end I will become the hero
In your sick book of make-ups!
No more angels
No more painful lies
No more me and you
No more you can waste my time
