Your voice is like the sound of a thousand nails,
Shrieking across the marches of a blackboard.
It screams at me like the cringe of a thousand rusty hinges,
Voiced to close twice on each extremity.
And though I see a tragedy on your brow,
It feels like bleach is being poured through each of my veins.
