Catch the Teardrops

That one tiny little teardrop, that slips out and falls down my cheek.
I tried to hold it in but that is too hard and the tears just started to leak.

I hate coming to reality because now i know that you'll really be gone.
When you first were diagnosed i thought that the doctors were wrong.

Now that i know you are suffering my heart aches oh so bad.
God please let me keep my grandma here for now you're throwing away all we've had.

My lonely little teardrops one falls each day for you.
There is so much pain in each drop but you haven't got a clue.

I pray and pray for you and for the tears to stop.
But nothing seems to be working and the tears just come non-stop.

God please catch my teardrops and save them for that person.
Then give them to her when she arrives i'm trying to learn a lesson.

That you should never take for granted anything you have.
The tears will surely teach you because now i'm feelign bad.
