I know I did something?
You keep more distant.
I didn't mean to miss it.
But not sure what? I find
it difficult to speak,
When around you,
my tongue in cheek!
I can only surmise,
I let you down. For me
I'm sorry, you feel that way.
It does hurt, feelings slay.
Because, I didn't realize,
I had to prove, mind alibi's.
Just want to be a friend,
know you better. It
went awry, Sorry,
for a disappointing letter.
I know you care,
you give so much; a lot
to offer, much to share.
My esteem is pained,
needing help, direction.
Judge me not, shamed.
Quiet in your ways,
thoughtful soul collection.
Tried too hard, I did.
not meaning to offend.
Accept me, Bend.
confused, lonely sometimes,
Talent to behold.
Being solitary, keeps it cold.
Genuine special feelings,
I have for you. Age, maturity,
isn't all of me, I know.
Beauty inside, my heart glows.
loosen your distant grip,
perhaps closer you grow.
