Have you ever felt like no one cares?
Like you are alone it's not fair
Have you ever wished there was someone there?
That knows how you hurt
Who hurts like you?
A person who feels pain like you do
Another lonely night you sit in the dark
Dazed and Confused
Feeling so used
By the ones you love most
They don't see
What it is truly like to be me
Another day i walk down the hall
Though they see me
They don't know me at all
They call out names
I choose not to hear
All i know is those words are my biggest fear
I shrug them off like it's no big deal
I try to tell myself that it's not real
I cry to myself when no ones around
I am falling and have not yet reached the ground
I silently scream for those around me
The footprints of the ones I love
Are slowly sunking into my skin
I am the rug
The rug that is smeared
Spotted with dirt
Who no one notices
I am the bug
Flying head first into the dark dirty windshield
Soon it will be as if I don't exist
For I am being used
I am sick of being dissed
I wish the ones I help so much
Would be there and be my crutch
I don't know what to do
I don't know what to say
This is how i feel
Only one word describes it
The word is
USED!

Very expressive and emotional. I love it, and I've walked down that hall too, I can relate. I find thats the best thing with YPDC its full of people like us, or people who care and want to help, an ear to listen. Speaking of ears, I have two, if you want to chat PM me :o)

Take Care
- Becca

I can very well relate too, i think people sometimes are used for no reason but for other peoples gain. Anyways hope to see more of your poems soon.

Hugs,
Jane ^_^

everyone is used without realizing it. you have a lot of talent, and i hope you use that. as for those who use you, just think you are good enough to use, but never to be thrown away. people like the ones you wrote of, are the ones on the top of the list of those who just need to die. and by the way, thank you for joining ypdc, i needed to find someone else here that has talent, so few left these days...
