That feeling which stirs awake inside one’s chest,
Suddenly puts all logic and rationality under test,
It shakes every timbre of that silent voice inside,
Resurfacing the emotions that were once cast aside.
It veils the heart and shows it only one direction,
Eliminating any objections with a passionate deflection,
It filters the air leaving only a sweet pungent scent,
Making the curtain of one’s secure stability descend.
It ruptures the senses and puts them under turmoil,
Nurturing a fire that burns and forces the blood to boil,
It breaths gentle kind words affectionately over one’s face,
Encouraging thoughts that set the still dazed mind ablaze.
That feeling which keeps struggling inside one’s chest,
Blew its addictive breath over me ignoring all protest,
Taking possession over my heart ripping off control,
Leaving me with nothing but a bare heartened soul.

I'm not sure about "curtain of one’s secure stability", as it seems that any kind of curtain, if effective, would be drawn, or in descent. I think it should be the other way around.
You like to rhyme. I like to rhyme - keep writing, please. |

I love this, Anne.
I have never seen it described quite this way. The feeling, I mean. Yet the description is so accurate my heart is pounding.
This is an amazing write,
I am surprised less have commented on it.
