Double Nightmare....

Contributed by Sonibe on Friday, 13th December 2002 @ 04:20:00 AM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

You're walking to the store
and you see a big truck spinning in the road
coming your way.
*Your left side goes numb but you manage
to jump out of the way, and the truck hits the
person behind you and they both go flying
about 50 yards ahead of you.
Concerned, you follow the ambulance to the
hospital. You ask the nurses where the truck
victim was and what room he/she was in,
but everyone there ignores you as if you
weren't even there.
You decide to look for him/her on your own,
and you find a door that you haven't seen
before. Curiously, you open the door and
step inside the dark room and turn on the
lights. You suddenly find yourself falling from
the 4th floor of the hospital, outside.
Just before you hit the bottom, **you wake up
and you're in the hospital....on the 4th floor.
You look at you're family next to you, crying,
and then you ask them, "What's going on,
and what are you doing here?" They look at
you and cry even louder. You take off the
bandages from your face and look in the
mirror, to find that part of your face was
caved. Then, surprized, you lay back down
and listen to the machine that checks your
heart beat (beep beep....beep beep, etc.).
And then it stops, then goes continuously
(beeeeeee...etc.), your family looks at you
and cries once again.
You give up, and relax....but then, you wake up
walking on the same road going to the store.
You look down the road and you see a big
truck spinning on the road, and it is all
happening....again.

This is amazing. It makes you think and pulls you in. I think this is just amazing and you need talent to be able to write like this.
