Kiss me before these parting lips
No longer exist
Before the words that so gracefully
Rolled from my tongue
Become memories amongst
Keystrokes
And hearts grow cold
I’ll watch you
As telescopes merge
With eyelids
And from this distance
I’ll study your surface
And note to myself
How beautiful you are
In a digital sorta way
