WHEN I DIE PLEASE DONT SHED ANY TEARS FOR I HAVE ALREADY SHED TOO MANY FOR YEARS.
BE HAPPY FOR ME NOW THAT I CANNOT FEEL ANY PAIN I DONT HAVE TO CRY ANY MORE AND WORRY MYSELF INSANE.
MY TROUBLES OF THIS WORLD HAVE FINALLY COME TO AND END I DONT HAVE TO THINK BACK TO WHERE I'VE BEEN FACE UP TO MY PROBLEMS ONE MORE DAY.
AND TO HAVE PEOPLE TREAT ME ANY KIND OF WAY I WAS BORN IN A FAMILY BUT DONT SEEM TO HAVE ONE.
I DONT KNOW WHY OR HOW OR WHAT COULD I HAVE DONE THE TEARS THAT I HAVE ALREADY SHED DO NOT GIVE ME PEACE.
SO WHAT GOOD WILL YOUR TEARS DO WHEN I AM DECEASED.
SO HOLD ON TO YOUR TEARS WHEN I AM PUT AWAY YOU MAY NEED THEM AS I DID AT A LATER DAY.
WHEN YOU ARE SICK LIKE ME AND OLD IN YEARS AND ALL YOU CAN AFFORD IS A WHOLE LOT OF TEARS.
THERE IS NO USE IN WORRYING ABOUT ME WHEN I DIE DONT LET ONE TEAR DROP FALL FROM YOUR EYES FOR YOU DIDNT TRY TO HELP ME BEFORE MY LAST GOODBYE.
YOU LEFT ME TO SUFFER ALONE ALL THESE YEARS SO NOW THAT I AM GONE.
YOU CAN HOLD ON TO YOUR UNWANTED TEARS SO I AM TELLING YOU ALL NOW EXACTLY HOW I FEEL SO WHEN THE TIME COMES FOR ME TO DIE, DONT GIVE ME YOUR FALSE TEARS.

Alzhiemers is a horrible disease. It always affects the family more than the person with it. I work at an adult day care and I see it everyday. In last six months we have lost several to this disease and it doesn't get easier. I wrote a Poem called Alzhiemers Misery, if you like you should read it. You have a good poem great work... Your grandmother is happy and is very proud of what you have written. |
