Some relate darkness to despair,
emptiness not repaired
by the transparencies of light.
The blind see all the same sight.
No amount of sunshine
can cut through the endless haze.
We keep within the valleys of the mind
to put ourselves into this craze.
We dont want to see.
Hold your hands
and cover your eyes.
Believe your false reality.
It doesnt have to be this way.
Trick your mind,
betray your guilt.
Peace, you can find.
Darkness does not cover,
it embodies.
Similar to love,
it embodies.
Focus on dark.
Nothing to see.
Focus on one mark.
Clarity.
Peace of mind
found in a time
where material
is not actual.
So take it away.
Live in darkness.
Where nothing is everything
you wish to posess

I like your thoughts. I think it's great that you find beauty in darkness. I think it is important to be able to see that, because life isn't always "great" and if you can only see beauty when things are good, then you will have difficulty when things are not so good, when darkness envolpes you. Darkness is important because without it, there could be no light. Even though they seem to be opposties, they are really just different sides of the same coin. They both reflect the same inner truth.

----I thought these two stanza's were great. Very insightful and true. "Similar to love, it embodies", that's what I mean when I say that you see the positive in the darkness.----
