I need my memories erased
They only leave a bitter taste
Of love I’ve given, what a waste
Too lost in the pain I faced.
It‘s only heartache like before
Won’t let it happen anymore
Just keep me locked behind the door
Within myself, another war.
Let the emptiness fall deep
Just break the promises I keep
I’ll only sow the things I reap
Then nightfall comes, alone I’ll weep.
I need a future, no more dreams
Just for once be what it seems
Wake up without lonely screams
Stable thoughts, not feared extremes.
No more visions of lying dead
Lessened nights of pain and dread
Don’t want to wake alone in bed
Remove these voices from my head.
Escape my madness in my mind
And keep my hope until I find
A piece of life I can rewind
To find the love that keeps me blind.
She is the one, I must confess
She has my heart in such a mess
If I just didn’t have to guess
It wouldn’t make my soul regress.
Still hear those voices all around
Her eyes are speaking without sound
Must stop emotion spinning ‘round
And Love The Love, that we have found.
It’s not her fault, that much I see
Must face my insecurity
And let it be, what it may be
Just Love The Love, she loves in me.

Aww I like this! Sometimes you just gotta stop thinking so much and take a moment to love the love! lol. Seriously, though. We all say at some point that we'll never let it happen again. But the next thing you know......the one we love is always the best at making our heart into a mess. Gotta love the mysterious ways of love. :)

| wow, this was really good, thanks for sharing this with us, being in love, truly in love for even 5 minutes is worth a lifetime of heartache. Some people never get to know that wonderful sensation of being loved or being in love... I wonder if they miss it without knowing what exactly it is they miss. |
