if fate were a two-edged sword, would you still tempt me? Knowing? Freshly Shined Shoes, and skinned knees would come back to you, would you still wine and dine with the walking dead? Too telling were the marks on your wrist and back, shirts and slacks, broken backs from you always falling back now my knees are cracking and wrists are slighted, tightly held and nightly prayed upon dreams that are out of my hands. Where hearts were beating in unison, and keeping the testosterone to a minimum. Ego tripping slipping down the rabbit hole, and dammit if i only had one breath i'd hold it. Forever worshipping a name, a nothing, a never so nearer naivety i held as a child. When wild hearts caught firefly's and tiger eyes were changing sides like a karmachameloen, and you came and went with the door always open.
