Where does it go from here?
A lifetime of love and laughter?

Or, am I plagued by lonliness, forever after?
Chained to the stormy skies...
Frozen from all the dreams, that I watched die -
Before my eyes.

I've always given so much of myself.,
Never realized until now, that there was nothing left..
Empty of all lifes pleasures,
There's nothing that could even measure -
The hole within my heart...

In one weak moment, I lost sight,
As it was torn apart...
In one weak moment not well spent,
Two steps backwards, forward came and went!

So, tell me -
Where does it go from here?

i liked this piece strictly because of the philosophy. i could write an essay just on your question. but i will save you and myself the time by just leaving it to thoughts.
