It doesn’t seem to matter
What I think or do
My heart shatters
I can’t stop thinking of you
You say you want to remain my friend
On this we agree
My heart and soul would rend
Saying goodbye wholly
Sometimes it’s fatiguing
To see you and not say
What it is I’m feeling
And not cause you dismay
I want to hear “I love you”
I want to reply in kind
I want to give what’s due
I want to rest my mind
I just don’t know
How we should proceed
The pulling to and fro
It’s ceasing, I do need
From one minute to the next
I don’t know what to feel
I am so perplexed
Not knowing how to deal
Where do I find the solution?
How do I follow through?
Will there ever be resolution?
Will there ever again, be me and you?

| Been there done that... Good luck but remember there are plenty of others in your life that will make you feel the same way and you will actually be together with them... Good write |
