Your dance was on fire within
The textbook confines of sanity.
The insurrection was foiled,
By guilt and spread arms.
The tree line was burned,
And my blood sugar was low.
I cracked the chalkboard,
With my tongue in hand.
I’ve sung about forgotten paintings of crucifixion,
And they wondered at the pale face and chapped lips.
Absent of malice, I broke hearts and got what I want.
My abnormality was common.
Suicide, thunderstorms, birthday cakes and pencils.
I spread my wings and dropped subaqual.

This one was fun. I like the spanish title, it's a nice touch. After four poems, i'm getting a feel for your style. I bet you have a few really great ones on here... time to read on.
