In The Dream

With me here singing this song about someone finding love and letting it go, and the only thing she is left to hold onto is regret. However, I myself am singing for something different; I am singing in hopes that he can hear me, and will no longer be the soul mate of my dreams, but instead be the soul mate of my life. With only the music from my stereo, and the story the words convey, and the silence in life in harmony with the music. They almost insist I write these words to keep my hope strong and determined never to weaken.

I am laterally living the metaphor of “happily Ever After” in my dreams. And here I thought it was just a saying used in fairytales. I guess it can be used in dreams too. I’m still in the dream, when do I get a chance to live the dream?

Haven’t I asked this question already? Then when is it that I find out the answer? God only knows.... God only knows....God only knows....
