The sun sets slowly below the horizon
In the fading light I call your name
Come to me my shadow-lover
Together we shall darkness tame
I look for you amid the twilight
On the night bound path do you await
With eternal patience for my arrival
My heart, my love, my shadow-mate.

Nice! ... "amid the twilight"... geez - that just seems the perfect setting. I read this as both longing and hopeful... and find beauty in that.
Lovely, kyarn!
From the one in disguise *wink*
