Fate? or Not?

Contributed by little_genna on Monday, 14th February 2005 @ 02:25:40 PM in AEST
Topic: happypoetry

Like fairies our souls dance,
We met by complete chance.
I was your mysterious dance partner,
And gone so quickly like a night whisper.
Yet fate made us meet once more.
Now I am all you seem to adore.

In our first meeting I felt like an erotic princess,
The night felt endless,
Till I suddenly vanished without a trace.
Left you alone in that place.

Our second meeting, both intoxicated,
We both flirted,
You got the courage to ask for my number.
I obliged because I liked your humor.

Now we hate spending days apart,
Who would have thought this back at the start?

=) I'm glad you had the inspiration to write something happy like this, especially coming from your own life.
