hey mr post man,
what are you doing sitting in your van,
put your bag on your back,
come over here and pull my letter out your sack,
where's my secret letter from my man?
saying that hes going to come home and love me the best he can?
wheres my flowers imported from kissime?
the flowers that cost him nearly all his money?
wheres my diamond on a silver ring?
oh mr post man, dont keep me waiting!
the questions going to be popped in a phone call soon i know,
wheres my van with a wedding dress on toe?
wheres the champagne and a congradulations?
where are the mad calls from all our relations?
woah mr postman, could you tell me how long this buisness trip is?
i want to wake up, in choclate and buck's fizz,
please wake me up when its morning mr postman,
because this dream isnt real don't forget,
i wish it was a reality,
but my man isnt ready to marry me yet...

speaking of postmen..my son put a black plastic spider on our postmans roll cart one summer..he looked down to get our mail and FREAKED..mail went everywhere..
It was hilarious..we helped him pick it up and sort it.. thanks for that memory..has nothing to do with your write.. I'm just a nut case..lol great write.. |
