I met a girl late one day She sat next to me without delay Very interested in what I had to say A rare friendship had been wrought I liked her more than any the past had brought
There was somthing keeping me away A man named joe and some strang sway Somehow I had lost my way No idea how long it shall last Haunted by some indesribable past
I do not dwell long on this fact Forced to creat a uneasy pact The events of that day never to reenact The inability for her to explain Threatens to drive my me insane
Savoring the few moments we have together The time will come as sure as a falling feather When we will have to say goodbye forever Time is the one enemy that I cannot fight Someday I hope it will be alright
