Twenty seven dollars left
till pay day.
I asked my daughter to save
three of it.
Enough for the dance tonight.
Oh my God!
She says, tossing two aside,
Oh the pain.
Lord why couldn't I be rich?
I asked God?
Her, and her friend diasappears
in Wal-Mart.
Few minutes to gather my-
composer.
I needed to buy three cans
of hot beans.
A chili supper tonight
Hurt feelings.
Should things like this bother me?
I guess not.
But it did, and it hurt so
Life goes on.
