rainbow

I'm not riding the rainbow, like you are.
casting the sky, seen from afar,
I've never ridden the rainbow, its not my wish,
its not my path, the colored mist,
Who Rides the rainbow? is it you?
Whats the point of the rainbow, the mist and dew,
does it matter where it came from or where its gone,
Rainbows come in like a song,
up beat and happy, bright and pleasant,
then leave you like christmas with no presants,

Those riding the rainbow, are confused some way,
and seem to miss, oprotunities of the day,
pass up those, who try so hard,
and snatch up those, they leave them scared,
never do they see, what could have been,
and wht they've lost, in the end,
a freind, a lover, ***** buddy, a freind forever,
only if they tried to work together,
it could have last, become history,
to the rainbow they go, live life with out me...
