Soul of the Ocean

I walk upon the oceans shore,
I feel the broken souls...
forever torn.
The sky is dark
no lights surround me
So I began to walk briskly
on the sand no sound.
Who knows what creatures
could be stocking me at this moment,
but I pass by
and don't even know anything of it.
I feel so sacred
all alone by myself,
as if I am being watched
by something hurt,
just as if it were my own
shadowed self.
Walking along such beauty
I think to in my mind,
why can't I be part of this
ever lasting world?
Instead I lurk in the shadows
never to be found,
never to be discovered.
I haven't even discovered myself.
If you dare to walk with me
upon the shadows of death,
side by side
maybe something
beyond suicide we will find.
forever together
walking upon the oceans shores,
never becoming lost
finding something past
the limit that we see,
the limits of death...
but only if you are with me...

This is lamentably tranquil with just enough hope. I love it. I hope you find someone to walk with someday soon. I feel for you simply because I've read this beautiful poem. It is a grand work of art.
Lots of love and peace be with you,

This really is a wonderful poem. Every word just holds so much. A lot of deep meaning here. Great work! |
