You don’t know how much you mean to me,
It really hurts inside,
Even though I know it will never be,
It makes me want to run and hide.
I think about you all the time,
Even though I shouldn’t,
It hurts so bad it should be a crime,
To stop thinking about you I couldn’t.
I love your carefree attitude and your beautiful smile,
I want to spend some time with you if only for awhile,
You will never think of me that way,
And you know how I feel,
But good friends I hope that we can stay
Because losing you would be a wound that wouldn’t heal.
