Mama

Contributed by ruthie1983 on Friday, 11th February 2005 @ 12:58:12 AM in AEST
Topic: FamilyPoems

Mama, you have show me the whole world,
You are my friend and a mother to me,
You taught me all my brain could grasp,
I wonder where I could be without you,

We communicated even before I was born,
Deep inside the womb I heard you say my name,
I knew the time to come out because of you,
I knew I was safe and you would protect me,

You have taken care of me since I was born,
You are the person I trust in this world mama,
Through thick and thin you are ready to help,
Always feeling the pain I am going through,

I don't tell you I LOVE you everyday mama,
I disrespect and ignore you sometimes mama,
Last night Jacque said she found you crying,
It was because I didn't listen to your words,

Mama, I didn't mean to upset you,
I do things and realize you are right,
I would not intentionally stress you,
Mama, I LOVE you with all my heart,

I am sure your mother have forgiven you already so don't worry about it.and keep letting her know you love her very much.
I am a mother myself and my kids sometimes say some hurtful things to me when there alittle stress and like i said always forgiven them.anyways take care.
by the way awsome write.
