Sick Of Life

Contributed by Tobe on Friday, 11th February 2005 @ 12:06:55 AM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

Something is wrong with me I know it
These violent mood swings have got to stop
I can never seem to cope with any of this *****
Deep inside my soul I am slowly starting to rot

Day after day it stays the same
Will anything ever change?
Is there someway that I can rearrange?
Who can I find to lay the blame?

Nothing ever seems to satisfy
The emptiness that I feel inside
This is the very reason why
I am so sick of life

A pretty ***** up individual, that I am
no one seems to ever understand
I wish someone would take my hand
And guide me to the promise land

I wish that once in a while everything would change
So I could see things in a different way
However it would seem that this is how it's gonna stay
And this is why I feel so ashamed

Nothing ever seems to satisfy
The emptiness that I feel inside
This is the very reason why
I am so sick of life

All of time is pre decided
So I don't know why we are all divided
In this time of desperate need
Why are we all filled with greed?

Being controlled and feeling so denied
It's eating me up on the inside
I feel like I'm locked up in a cage
Nothing can disguise the hate that feeds my rage

Nothing ever seems to satisfy
The emptiness that I feel inside
This is the very reason why
I am so sick of life
