My tongue rent apart
The liquid dropped down into my hands
It sunk back into the heart
I vomitted
My face still in strands

And you are there
After I searched peice by peice
I never felt solace
And your sight didn't help to ease
This imaginative dream
Realized gratuitous grief
Everything opened
(so far)
Purposes
All feeling so brief

But your...
Simple, shy
Words...
Solved every lie
And I...
Scared away
My fears...
So you would stay

So long
To the odium
That held my mind
Far gone
Is the grudge
That strained my time
You are
Reason enough
To let it all go
A star
Shining bright
Where nothing glows

(pitiful how everything
slowed down as I erased
my hope into a fallacy
butchering out the lace)

But your...
Soft, brown eyes
Saw...
Through all the lies
And I...
Am sorry to say
That I...
Feared the change

What held me together
Clawed me apart
Eviscerating myself
Without command
Plunging the fuel
Straight to the heart
You stopped this
As you embraced my hand
