I am so violently aware of my misgivings.
I have damned myself to endlessly scratch at the eyes.
It is nothing a pylorectomy could not remedy,
Nothing surgery could not bridle into contraception.
However, the satin penetrant, that looks to purgation,
Needs to be evangelical and breech birth in origin.
Excised in confluence, the meniscus shrouding my grace,
Emanated in time with the spatter of pale fiction.

This one was a little hard to digest. I like the contrast between the conversational language of the title and the academic language of the poem, but I couldn't get much deeper into the meaning of it than that.
