Cube of Sorrow
As you sit upon the swirling ceiling of emotions you think about the tempestuous roller coaster you’re going through. The astringent taste of anger. The bitter feel of depression. And the pungent smell of despair. Pillars of light shine here and there, guiding you through the dark maze of feelings. Feeling lost and troubled you sit hoping that happiness will eventually find you. A blizzard of guilt swirls around your heart freezing everything inside into deep shadows of grief. You wander around your heart for something. Something to fill your battle-worn heart. Nothing is alive and no one to accompany you as you journey through the world of sentiment. Malice comes in armies, swarming, gnawing, ripping. Injustice and abuse rains through the lands of the crimson grass and blood-shot trees. Vanity flows through streams, feeding desolated plants. Eons pass in seconds. Everything withers like icy flames. Your death will never end. The cube of sorrow never dies.
