at your feet

I had always loved
and at that moment
still did

and she
she was the girl
that you left me for
she
who in everything was
perfection.

and I
I was the girl
who was wrong.

and now
looking back at you
looking back at us
I see that this was
the right thing.

that's so sad! that's how i feel sometimes but being in a relationship takes committment and a lot of hard work .. however, there are those that were never meant to be .. "great write" lol
