''Fire Bird Romance...''

Contributed by xMizeriex on Tuesday, 8th February 2005 @ 03:34:13 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

With pure benevolence
You light my body in a frenzy
of passion,
And I ache furiously for your cindered touch.
I burn,
untamed within my writhing skin.
Fire made flesh.
To touch you,
to know you.
My heart beats like the
bass of a war drum
in it's vaults.
This atrium,
on fire for you.
I am destruction,
yet I yield for you.
Wild,
Yet I tame for you.
My sunset lover.
Though I cannot be bound,
I envy the enchainment of you arms,
Wrapped around my body in warm delight.
I long for every inch of your skin,
Pray on stars for a simple kiss.
The tender carress of your lips on mine,
Frissions of ice trace my spine.
I am thrown into an expolosive apoplexy
of desire.
Your golden match lights the spark in my eyes.
Please know,
that when the angels chora sing your name,
I dream only of screaming the same.
You are the monolith amongst my burning debris,
All the beauty I can not see in me.
I wish that you believed im me.
You are the martyr in my dreams,
And I am drunk with thoughts for you.
The lips that do not lie,
I hold you dear to fantasize.
My senses alive,
I am alert,
These forbidden feelings make me hurt.
Sometimes I wish
For the fire
to be exstinguished.
Yet from the deep cinders of my re-birth,
I love to love.
And live to love you.
I wish to be close to you,
And like the ash in my name,
Ingite this burning affection in me,
And I will rise,
A phoenix from the flames...
