hello there
fog rolls on a bitter wind
the view's not so clear
rubble lays in the oath of sin
is there anyone out there
sufficating desires for hire
the city never sleeps here
the walking dead own the night they never tire
acrid smoke makes a marvolous liar
they own the night and they're not afraid of fire

| hmm when I clicked on this poem. It was because of the title and I anticipated a very different poem than what I saw. I was let down somewhat but this is a good write anyway. |
