A plethora of circumstance welding our very essence
individuality is futile with no control over what shapes us
Bombarded with dogma since birth how can the quintessence of self exist
My original idea, was already thought, my prototypal idea is already his
So how can I be an individual, in spite all of this?
As they say Great minds think alike and the lesser ones get lucky;
So even if I conjured the idea on my own free will, it's already robbed from me;
I could not claim the Adam of any thought without being a little narcissistic
So how Can I be an individual, despite evidence in direct opposite?
Perchance, my inner-Soul is forged with each miniscule event throughout my life
Seemingly unconsequentiual, but vital to the asymmetry that seperates and unites
So maybe I am an individual, just let me hold onto this.
