In this empty room
A perished fire still can burn
I sit and still play this lovely tune
To rise above this harmful burden
We play our songs ever so sweetly
Yet the monster of the past will not sleep
Ensnared in the shadows of the moon
I dream near a life of warmth one step too far
We run away from this darker side
Still hoping the morning will shine
Golden rays unwind a story
As I lay in the dreamweaver’s garden of fantasy
We play our songs ever so sweetly
Yet the monster of the past will not sleep
Ensnared in the shadows of the moon
I dream near a life of warmth one step too far
Keep me here in this flower’s field
Where the world’s rivers wont flow on me
O dreamweaver hold me in your tears
I can’t live forever in your false tales of reverie
We play our songs ever so sweetly
Yet the monster of the past will not sleep
Ensnared in the shadows of the moon
I dream near a life of warmth one step too far
