Good Parts Flashing Before My Eyes

Don't smile; I'm not waving. I'm drowning. But don't fret, my love; it doesn't hurt as badly as you'd think. I'll be found on the bottom with a smile on my face.
Supernovas die, but your stars will live forever in my eyes. The way you looked the first time. Roses, a flower, and a goodnight serenade. I held you for what I thought was the last time, but now the weight of this heartache is dragging me under.
I once promised I'd die for you, but I never meant like this. But on second thought, it's not that bad after all.
