Memory of a Liar

A memory
left to linger,
left to torture
the soul that remains
To the liar
the one who stripped down my mind
and turned me into
who I am today.
Look at me
and learn from my pain.
You ripped out my heart
and displayed it for all to see.

if it means anything it was my greaest downfall. i placed your heart above my own. then again you can't expect to hold a narcisitic restless adolesent. i'll appaulogize a million times over but thoughts of the past leave a bad taste in our mouths. in the end maybe it'll play out, it's not knowing that makes acid boil in my stomach. |
