Love is a sweet and wonderful thing
It makes you happy. It makes you sing.
But it's also filled with worries and pain.
You can be my sunshine then you can be my rain.
You're the brightest star in my sky.
Though, you're also the one who makes me cry.
I feel sick when I'm not with you.
Sometimes you make me sick by the things you do.
You're like an angel in my eyes.
Then you can be the devil in diguise.
You make my heart warm from the rays of your light.
Yet at times, you make me feel as cold as the night.
I know that you love me, I know I'm your lady.
But I don't understand you when you're distant and shady.
I love you so much and sometimes It's you that I hate.
This is the journey of love and the struggles of having a mate.

it doesn't have to be like that....you should always be happy and pleased, not up and down like this. you can do better.
good job on the poem though, the rhyme flowed very nicely
