Cold damp room
Aspirin colored walls
In the distance
Beeping
Echoing in your ears
Beep, beep, beep
Slower
Lit numbers flashing
Machine noises running
Sterile smell filling; nostrils flared
Chest rises and falls
Inhaling man-made air
Life swirls faintly
Flashed thoughts of familiar faces
Waving goodbye
Tears linger
Filling their blurred eyes
Slower
Beep, beep, beep
Isolated garble
Voices predicting
Foretelling unlivable life
Statuesque frozen
Helpless limbs
Slower
Beep, beep, beep,
Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.

Having read a previous poem of yours,I couldn't help but fulfill my curiousness and read another *blush blush* You have a way with your verses distinguishing themselves from many I have read beforehand, and I find the originality in your pieces very intriguing for your lectors. Keep up the fantastic work,
