Upon the floor
Chipped tiled memories
Grind into the cracks
It isn’t that I have forgotten, who was there
Underneath the warmth or you arm
Not me
The place I laid before
A puzzle to your body I fit, nestled
Not that day
The scent vanilla, I left behind; tainted
United now with sexual musk
I no longer linger in your sheets and on your pillows
The hypnotic melody of your breath
Marched together with mine
Soothing me into the chill of the night
Until that day
She lay underneath you
Legs wrapped around your waist
Stuck like clay tangled by passion
Passion so deep
You lost me

I greatly enjoyed the structure of this piece, the verses mingled perfectly together.I especially like "Stuck like clay tangled by passion, passion so deep you lost me",it sealed your poem just right.I'm sorry you had to go through this and onyl hope you can find the strength in order to forget him for good.
