Wearing and Tearing and sifting away
Sculpting our minds until all we see is grey
They want us like them, in all the ways we are
They want us all the same
Down to each and every scar
No thoughts of our own
To come off our tongues
And no unique breath
To enter our lungs
But what kind of people would wish that upon us?
Where would our individuality go?
Maybe they think it will bring more trust,
If our original personalities didn't show
But for the sake of the world
And all it is worth
Stop trying to change eveyrone
Whose had individuality since birth
Because all of the work is a waste of time
No way am I ever letting anyone change my mind

i like this it hits so many things that i feel.
great write i haven't been here a long time
but this is way better than most poems ive
read since ive been here.
