Do you ever stop and wonder how I’m doing or if I’m holding up? I’m guessing no, because if you did you would know I am torn apart and crying myself to sleep. If you ver cared to look you’d notice all the scars that lay across my arm, the scars that tell a story of a girl with a broken heart.

It's nice because it's like suttle kinda. Like it almost uses a metaphore and it conveys an image of both you and your situation. So sad.
