Yesterday i sat at the corner of your mind.
I thought i could wait til a door opens,
Maybe i could be let in this time;
But i waited and waited staring at a closed one.

I stepped out and look into your soul.
I can feel you but my vision failed me.
I tried to listen but there was only silence.
Only silence.

Your heart beckons and I pressed my ears
To the walls of your chest
Listen and listen I did
But they were faint sounds
Seemed you're calling from a distance.

I wish to know.
I long to understand.

And so I looked in your eyes,
Hoping to find you...
I only saw my own reflection.
And the look you gave me,
Was that confusion?

I saw hurt and I saw yearning too,
But quickly it vanished.
Thought I finally saw you…
Why couldn’t I see through?

Please let me in…
Find your way back to me again
